- Printable emotion wheel
This free emotion wheel PDF places six broad emotion families around a center, with related words to explore. Use it as a desk reference when a broad label does not feel specific enough. The groupings are an original vocabulary aid, not a clinical taxonomy.
- Feelings vocabulary list for adults
This adult feelings vocabulary PDF lists 36 words with short definitions grouped for browsing. It helps you compare close meanings when “good,” “bad,” or “stressed” feels too broad. You can choose your own words instead of accepting a label from the list.
- Daily emotion check-in journal: seven days
This seven-day journal gives you one page per day for a brief emotion check-in, plus a weekly reflection. Record what happened, the words that fit, and one action you want to consider. There is no mood grade, streak requirement, or interpretation of your entries.
- Active listening worksheet
This active listening worksheet helps you prepare to listen, summarize what you heard, and ask whether you understood. It includes a practice example and space for a real conversation. Use it with a willing partner or to reflect privately after an ordinary exchange.
- Conflict conversation worksheet
This conflict conversation worksheet helps you prepare one issue, one request, and a plan to listen. It provides a blank paper alternative to the interactive conversation planner. It does not determine fault or require you to continue a conversation that feels unsafe.
- Couples check-in questions
This printable offers a voluntary check-in for two adults who want to discuss appreciation, practical needs, and connection. Take turns, allow a pass, and choose one next step together. It is not a compatibility test, relationship rating, or substitute for support when a conversation feels unsafe.
- Workplace feedback planner
This feedback planner helps you prepare a specific work observation, its impact, and a request for the next step. It includes space for the other person’s explanation and an actual agreement. Use it for ordinary feedback preparation, not employee scoring or a substitute for workplace procedures.
- Self-regulation pause card
This free PDF contains a wallet-size pause card with a short reminder: pause, notice, name, choose, and return. Print at actual size and cut along the border. It is a portable prompt for ordinary moments of pressure, not a promise to calm you down.
Who it is for
Adults who prefer writing by hand, keeping a desk reference, or preparing a conversation away from a screen.
Choose a reference or a worksheet
The emotion wheel gives a visual route from broad families to more specific words. The adult vocabulary list includes short definitions. The seven-day journal offers room to record ordinary moments and revisit what mattered across a week.
For conversation practice, choose active listening, conflict preparation, couples check-in questions, or workplace feedback. The pause card is sized to carry in a wallet as a brief reminder before your next action.
Print only what you will use
Each preview describes the intended audience, prompts, and print layout. Ordinary worksheets fit Letter paper and can be scaled to A4. The wallet card needs actual-size printing to preserve its stated dimensions. Printing in grayscale keeps the labels and writing lines usable.
You can use a single journal day or one worksheet prompt. Completing every blank is not the goal. Choose a question that helps you describe a concrete experience or prepare a realistic request.
Make participation voluntary
If you use a sheet with another adult, ask whether they want to participate and allow them to pass. Avoid demanding private journal entries or using worksheet answers to label someone. A printed plan is your draft until the other person has agreed to it.
The PDFs are separate from the paid EQTiger report. They contain no personalized scores or hidden assessment answers. For interactive alternatives, explore the tools; for a broader individual reflection, start the free assessment.
