Request within the refund window
The full report is a one-time purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@eqtiger.com. Include the purchase email, approximate date, and receipt reference so support can locate the transaction.
You do not need to send your answers or a sensitive personal explanation. Never send a card number or private access token. If the purchase cannot be located, support may ask for additional non-sensitive information to verify it.
What happens next
Support reviews the request and confirms the outcome. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method where supported. Provider and bank processing times vary; no particular arrival time is promised. Refunded purchases no longer provide paid report entitlement.
If access failed or you believe a charge was duplicated, contact support before purchasing again. Keep your receipt and try report recovery. Any rights required by applicable law remain available.
