EQTiger Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information associated with an attempt, how service providers support the product, and how to request deletion.

Information connected to an attempt
An assessment can begin anonymously without an account. Answers, completion information, timing summaries, assessment version, and descriptive results are stored with the attempt. Anonymous means no account is required; it does not mean the service processes no technical identifiers.
If you provide an email for saving access, recovery, support, or purchase, that information may be associated with the relevant record. Private links contain access information and should be kept confidential. We use purchase references and payment status to provide paid access.
Service providers and purposes
Cloudflare hosts the application. DynamoDB stores application records. Stripe processes payments; EQTiger does not ask support users to send card details. Amazon SES sends transactional emails such as access and recovery messages. Providers process the information needed to deliver those services.
If you use an available AI assistant, messages and the context supplied for a reply are sent to the AI provider. Avoid sensitive personal information and identifying details about other people. The provider and its applicable handling terms must be identified in the assistant experience before use. AI does not decide assessment scores.
Retention and deletion
The policy retains unpaid attempts for 90 days and paid attempts for 3 years. Deletion may remove the ability to recover a report. Payment or support records may need separate retention where required for accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Request deletion by emailing support@eqtiger.com. Provide enough information to locate the record without sending private access tokens or card details. We may verify your access before responding. We will explain any information that must be retained and why.
Analytics, choices, and age
Optional analytics requires consent. Essential storage supports attempt continuity, access, and service operation. See the cookie policy for the distinction. Declining optional analytics should not prevent taking the assessment.
EQTiger is for adults 18 and older. Do not submit information about a child or take the assessment on someone else’s behalf. Contact support for privacy questions or to correct information. This policy is published by Sourdough AI LLC, 223 Child St, Warren, RI 02885.
