EQTiger Terms of Service

Who the service is for

EQTiger is for adults aged 18 and older using the assessment for personal reflection. Provide your own answers and use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s private results, bypass payment checks, or interfere with the service.

EQTiger does not diagnose mental-health conditions or disorders. It is not therapy, a mental-health screening, or a validated psychometric instrument. Do not use it for employment, care, eligibility, or other high-stakes decisions. Read the limitations.

Purchase and access

The optional full report is a one-time purchase of $6.95 for the associated completed attempt. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Stripe processes payment. Access depends on confirmation and a valid private access method. Keep access links confidential and use recovery or support if access fails.

Refund requests are available within 14 days under the refund policy. The privacy policy explains retention, which may limit future recovery. No indefinite storage promise is made.

Content and assistant limitations

Articles and exercises provide educational reflection. Examples are illustrative. If an AI assistant is offered, its replies may be inaccurate and should be checked against the published methodology. It does not replace professional advice or change your score. Do not submit sensitive third-party information.

You may use your report for personal reflection. Do not misrepresent EQTiger content as professional certification or remove limitations when sharing an interpretation. The service may change as the product develops; material changes should be reflected in the applicable published terms.
