Feelings finder
The feelings finder offers words to consider after you select sensations and context. It cannot determine how you feel, and the same sensation may fit several experiences. Compare the suggestions with your own account and select a word only if it is useful.

Start with what you notice
Choose a context to see candidate words. Sensations alone cannot determine a feeling.
Who it is for
Adults who can describe a moment or a body sensation but are having trouble finding an emotion word.
Begin with what you actually notice
Choose any sensations you recognize, or choose no clear sensation. Then select the closest context. The tool offers several possibilities rather than reporting a detected emotion. For example, restless energy before an event could fit apprehension, anticipation, curiosity, or something else entirely.
You do not need to explain every sensation in emotional terms. The tool is not a body assessment, and it does not evaluate symptoms. It simply gives you a vocabulary list to inspect.
Keep, change, or reject the suggestions
Read a definition and ask, “Does this word describe my experience or just the story I expected to have?” A changed plan might feel disappointing because you wanted the event, or hopeful because another option opens up. The context alone cannot choose between them.
Try two candidate words in separate sentences, then keep the one that sounds closer. You may reject every suggestion. The tool does not save your choices when you leave or send them to an AI service. A journal can hold your own wording if you want a record.

Can sensations tell the tool what I feel?
No. Sensations and context only narrow a list of words to consider. The output is not a detection or personalized psychological assessment.
