Who it is for
Adults seeking a personal reflection exercise across home, work, friendships, and everyday responsibilities.
Adult life rarely separates skills neatly
A delayed appointment may involve frustration, worry about missing work, and embarrassment about asking for help. An adult reflection exercise needs room for overlapping demands. You may recognize an emotion clearly but still struggle to express a reasonable request when time is short.
The full assessment covers six EQTiger dimensions: emotional self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy and perspective-taking, social awareness, relationship communication, and conflict navigation. This breadth helps you compare patterns within your own answers without claiming to rank you against other adults.
Answer from a real week
Think about a week with both ordinary responsibilities and one difficult interaction. When a question asks about a habit, include what happened when you were tired as well as what happened when you had time to prepare. Avoid choosing an exceptional success or failure as your only example.
For instance, you may be patient when a friend cancels but impatient when a relative changes dinner plans. That difference is worth examining. A single overall label cannot capture every relationship or setting.
Boundaries for using an adult result
Participation is for ages 18 and older. This is not a child assessment, a mental-health screening, or a substitute for individual care. You decide whether to share a result. A partner, employer, or group facilitator should not demand access to your private report.
The adult page starts the same 36-item full assessment as the main entry. It does not apply age-based norms or compare generations. The free result provides a profile and strongest area; additional detail is an optional purchase.
