EQ test for relationships and couples
EQTiger can give adults language for reflecting on their own part in relationship conversations. Each partner answers individually; it is not a compatibility test or a combined couples score. Sharing a profile is optional, and disagreement about a result is not evidence that someone is wrong.

Who it is for
Adults in couples or close relationships who want a starting point for a voluntary, ordinary conversation about their own habits.
Start with one interaction, not the whole relationship
Choose a small recurring moment: deciding weekend plans, dividing chores, or responding when one person arrives late. Describe what happened before explaining what you thought it meant. “We changed the plan after I bought the tickets” gives you more to discuss than “You never consider me.”
One person may want reassurance while the other wants practical coordination. Ask what would help in this particular conversation. You do not need to agree on every interpretation before making a workable plan.
Share a reflection without turning it into a weapon
A useful invitation is, “I noticed I rush to solutions. Would you prefer listening first tonight?” An unhelpful use is, “Your profile proves you lack empathy.” The assessment cannot resolve disputed events or reveal a partner’s hidden intentions.
Do not demand that someone take the test, show their answers, or buy a report. If a conversation involves fear, intimidation, or threats, a shared worksheet may not be appropriate. Choose support and safety over completing an exercise together.
Keep the next step mutual and small
Take turns naming one action you want to practice yourself. For example, one person can ask before offering advice while the other states when they need a pause. Agree on when to revisit the plan, not on who has the better result.
The full assessment includes situations beyond romantic relationships. It provides an individual free profile and strongest area, with optional paid detail. For an activity you can do together without sharing a test result, try the couples check-in printable.

Will we get a compatibility score?
